SMALL GROUP YOGA
Are you part of a group of moms looking to find some balance? Are you a bride or in a bridal party looking to relax before the wedding? Maybe you’re taking a girls weekend with your best friends from college or your favorite friends from right now.
One of the most amazing benefits of yoga is the community fostered by group practice! While I love the opportunity to meet with any and everyone on the mat, one of my greatest joys is to practice with small groups of women. It is such a privilege to be invited into your friend group / family / pre-existing community, and I love to design a practice to meet the needs of your group specifically!
A small group session can be such an amazing opportunity to bring your group together to breathe and move and be! An uplifting practice so often paves the way for great conversation and meaningful time spent together, strengthening our foundations and supporting our relationships.
Small group sessions typically take place in your home / rental house / space and last for an hour, though I’m always happy to stay longer. I typically think of small groups being 10 or less, but if your group is larger, let’s chat! These events can be a one-time thing or take place on a routine basis if your group meets regularly.
Are you looking to add balance and peace to your office or workspace? Providing routine yoga for your employees can be a great way to create calm in the chaos. Both employers and employees benefit from regular classes, as they provide increased focus, energy, and productivity. Group classes among employees are great team-building activities.
Employers can opt to fully fund these classes or share costs by paying for a portion of the class and inviting employees to pay a small fee. Classes are tailored to your team’s specific needs, with options to sometimes emphasize meditation and stillness or create an opportunity for movement during the workday.
There are lots of options to tailor a solution that works for your team. Classes are conducted in your space in increments of 30/45/60 minutes. We can plan a routine that fits your needs, practicing once a month or as frequently as twice a week.
Are you looking for more of a one on one environment? Do you have some specific goals in mind that you’d like to work on? Let’s tag team! Private yoga sessions can be a great option for beginners looking to learn the foundations or for anyone that’s not quite comfortable attending a group class.
I’d love to hear about what’s going on in your life and how a personalized yoga practice can best support you. We’ll set some goals together and I’ll tailor our sessions to help you get there. We can work on foundational or specific poses together, develop a home practice, deepen your current practice, or address any concerns that are currently standing between you and your practice.
Private sessions take place in your home and are typically an hour long.
WEDDING DAY YOGA
Brides and/or grooms looking to set the tone for their wedding day with a calming yoga practice. You can include your bridal party, friends, family members or anyone you’d like. Classes are typically held with a maximum of 10 participants including the bride or groom, but of course we can chat if that doesn’t cover your bridal party!
Set the vibe for your wedding day with a slow flow or gentle practice. Taking time at the beginning of your day sets a sweet and relaxing pace for you, your family, and your bridal party. The practice can be tailored to the bride or groom’s personal preference and will be made accessible for all participants. Whether or not you have a regular yoga practice, this is a beautiful way to start the day you’ve been planning on for so long. We’ll also focus on easy breathing and bringing an element of mindfulness to your day.
Your wedding venue most likely! You provide the space and I’ll come to you. If you have your venue for the full day, we can often find a perfect spot, or if you’re group is staying together the night beforehand, we can make space in a home or hotel.
